1. Who we are
Tylect Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62013RJ2026PTC112813), Plot No-490, Sachiwalaya Vihar, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India, is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect through tylect.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your subject line and your message.
Information collected automatically with that form. When a form is submitted we also record the date and time, your IP address, your browser user-agent string, and the page you submitted from. We record these to detect and block automated spam submissions and to help us trace abuse of the form.
Server logs. Our web server records standard request information including IP address, requested URL, response status, referring page and user-agent for every visit. These logs exist to keep the service running securely and are not used to build profiles of individuals.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through it.
3. How we use your information
We use enquiry data solely to respond to you, to provide the information or quotation you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use technical data to secure and maintain the site, to prevent spam and abuse, and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal basis
Where you submit an enquiry, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where we process technical data to keep the service secure, we do so for the legitimate purpose of operating and protecting the service, as permitted under applicable law.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses functional cookies set by WordPress and by our page-caching layer, which are necessary to serve pages correctly and to keep a session working. We use Google Search Console, which verifies ownership of the site via a meta tag and reports aggregate search performance to us; it does not identify individual visitors to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including our email delivery provider (used to deliver enquiry notifications to us) and our spam-filtering provider. We may disclose data where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a competent authority, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services in India.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can maintain continuity if you get back in touch, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for a shorter period, typically no more than 90 days, unless a specific security investigation requires otherwise. Where we are required to retain records for a longer statutory period, we retain only what that obligation requires.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. Access to enquiry records is restricted to staff who need it. We apply security updates to our platform and infrastructure and monitor for unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law if a breach affects your personal data.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, to ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data, to ask us to erase data we no longer need, to withdraw a consent you previously gave, and to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children through this site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
